Brussel Sprouts Processing Collaboration
SEL were approached to be a partner in developing an agricultural food processing machine that would top, cross and de-leaf Brussel Sprouts due to our automation expertise and food industry expertise. The details of the machines inner workings and specifications are covered under confidentiality agreements but this project was a good example of close collaboration to develop a new processing capability within the food industry. Multi disciplined teams required a flexible and radical approach to problem solving.
